Refunds & Returns Policy — Habesha Standard

Email is our preferred and fastest method of contact.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Habesha Standard are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or other personal preferences once your order has been processed and shipped.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@habeshastandard.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please email us. We will contact the courier on your behalf to locate your package. If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will offer you a replacement.
Delivered But Not Received / Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend waiting an additional 2–3 days, as couriers may mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If 7 full days have passed and the package has still not arrived, please email us. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier. However, Habesha Standard is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. We encourage customers to ship to secure addresses. At our discretion, and depending on the situation, we may offer store credit as a one-time courtesy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address and the order has already shipped, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If we are at fault for entering your address incorrectly, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
